Boxing, MMA, cycling, goalkeeping, and gym training all place different demands on a glove. We engineer the padding, shell material, and stitching for each sport separately — then produce it at wholesale scale, fully custom branded.
OEM / ODM Ready
Every glove starts as a flat pattern — separate dies for the palm, back panel, thumb gusset, and wrist strap, cut either by hand-press or CNC cutting depending on order volume. Padding zones are decided at this stage, since foam or gel inserts need to be laminated onto the shell panel before anything gets stitched, not added afterward.
Once panels are cut and padding is bonded, the pieces move to stitching, where palm overlays, finger gussets, and wrist closures are joined under reinforced double or triple stitch lines at every stress point. Boxing and MMA gloves add an extra step here — the padding is compressed and shaped before final closure so the knuckle area holds a fixed, pre-formed curve rather than shifting under impact.
The last stage is quality control: seam pull-tests, padding density checks, and a fit trial across the size run before the batch is approved for bulk packing. This is also where branding — embroidery, heat transfer, or debossing — gets applied, either mid-process on flat panels or as a final step depending on the placement.
Boxing & MMA Gloves: Pre-curved, layered foam knuckle padding for controlled impact absorption, an attached or separate wrist wrap for joint support, and a closed-cell foam thumb lock to prevent eye contact injuries during sparring.
Cycling Gloves: Short-finger or full-finger cuts with gel or foam padding placed only at the heel of the palm, where handlebar vibration and pressure concentrate, plus a mesh back for airflow on long rides.
Goalkeeper Gloves: Latex foam palm for maximum ball-to-hand friction, with either flat-cut, roll-finger, or negative-cut finger construction changing how tightly the glove hugs the hand, plus spine inserts to prevent finger hyperextension.
Gym & Weightlifting Gloves: Reinforced padding across the palm's pressure line only (not the fingers), paired with a wrist wrap for bar and dumbbell stability during heavy lifts.
Batting / Cricket Gloves: Segmented foam finger rolls that flex independently, with a heavier padded back-of-hand shell to absorb direct ball impact.
Synthetic PU Leather: The most common shell material for boxing, MMA, and gym gloves — consistent texture, easier to clean than natural leather, and far more cost-stable across bulk production runs.
Genuine Leather: Used on premium boxing and MMA lines where buyers want a traditional look and feel; it molds to the hand over time but costs more and needs tighter QC on hide consistency.
Neoprene & Spandex: Found in cycling and gym gloves where stretch and a snug, second-skin fit matter more than rigidity — neoprene also adds light impact cushioning at the knuckles.
Latex Foam: The standard palm material for goalkeeper gloves, chosen specifically for its wet and dry grip performance; density is tuned depending on whether the glove is built for match day or training.
Mesh & Micro-Perforated Panels: Used on the back of the hand across cycling and gym gloves to keep airflow moving and reduce sweat build-up during long sessions.
Terry Cloth: A small panel on the thumb of most cycling gloves, there specifically for wiping sweat mid-ride.
We support full private-label production — your logo, your colorways, your packaging. Choose embroidered branding, heat-transfer prints, debossed leather logos, or molded rubber emblems depending on the finish you're going for.
Send us a tech pack, reference sample, or even a rough sketch, and our sampling team turns it into a physical counter-sample before any bulk run begins, so you approve fit, feel, and branding before committing to production volume.
